Easy to install

The first step is to take off the cover that was originally installed. The original cover must be removed before the replacement is able to be installed.

After you have removed your old cover, use a flathead screwdriver in order to pry out the four main attachment clips located on the passenger side of the fob assembly. These are highlighted in red on the image below. Be aware of the yellow locating tabs that have to be disconnected.

Replace the battery with a #CR2032 coin cell battery. The "+" side of the battery should be facing the opening on the fob, and the "side that is "-" side should be facing the buttons made of rubber.

Re-attach the passenger side mirror cover by aligning the locating tabs.
